We finally got our story told!

We finally got some attention! In the end though we sat around and waited 3 days for the Sheriff's Dept. to come and evict us. They never showed. Dr. Marchese and other neighbors were intent on wasting taxpayers money to send the Fire Dept. out over and over because we had a fire on the dock and the Sheriff's Dept. to advise me that we were trespassing. Sadly, he wasn't there to evict us, just to advise us that Dr. Marchese had called. I thought that would be the "showdown" but in the end Sissy and I decided that we had gotten what we wanted, which was a way to warn people about Reverse Mortgages. Waiting any longer was just wasting good time on bad neighbors. In the end we closed up the house and walked away. Now that it's all over I'm actually relieved to be away from there. It's not the neighborhood that I grew up in. Check Out the Story...

"E" Day 01/08/15 @ 1000

Well, the Judge was very apologetic and gracious while Sissy and I spoke. His hands were tied by the fact that I seem to have been misrepresented at the actual foreclosure trial. So what that means for me today is that we have until the title date and time to be off the property. The doctors attorney presented pictures of my signage and my tents. I believe the word he used was "nuisance."  I feel that my neighbors, Lee County Code Enforcement and Lee County Sheriffs Dept. all assisted in the violation of my Right to Free Speech against the Bank that stole my home. I wonder what the ACLU will say? Hell, we have harassed everyone else to try to get help. It did not become personal until my neighbors vandalized and stole the signs that I was using to exercise my rights.  The house is gone but it's OK today. I could never live in this neighborhood again and am sorry for the good neighbors I leave behind. I also think I need a REALLY GOOD Personal Injury Attorney. 

The Final Round

I am due in court this morning at 1000 to receive what I think is called a 24 hour Writ of Possession. It will mean that I have 24 hours to vacate my home. I fully intend to address the court today. It will be the first time throughout this whole ordeal that I will be able to speak to someone who may have the power to bring attention to the illegal foreclosure and sale of this house.  
I am going down early to hold my signs and pass out flyers. I still have a right to Freedom of Speech even if my neighbors, Lee County Code Enforcement and Lee County Sheriffs Dept do not think so.  Hoping to be there by 0900. Not sure how many are following this blog at this point but if you aren't busy....Come out and join us.
